On August 28, 2024, Shanghai Lingjun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and the Yangtze River Delta Urban Economic Coordination Council Cultural Industry Development Alliance signed an agreement on strategic cooperation officially.
It is another important progress after the senior management team of Shanghai Lingjun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. went to Huangpu District, Shanghai in early August to hold in-depth strategic cooperation talks with the senior management of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Economic Coordination Council Cultural Industry Development Alliance (hereafter, this will be referred to as the Yangtze River Delta Urban Alliance). The strategic cooperation aims to rely on the R&D strength & technical support of Shanghai Lingjun Bio and the resource platform of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Alliance to accelerate the application and transformation of scientific research results, and to carry out cooperation between the two parties in the fields of medical resource sharing, tumor screening, pre-pregnancy testing and disease detection. Through close cooperation, the efficiency and quality of medical services in the Yangtze River Delta region will be improved to serve the majority of patients better and promote the progress and development of public health services jointly.
According to the content of the meeting, the two parties will promote the following important measures jointly:
1. Construction of medical service system: Shanghai Lingjun Bio provides products and technical support, and the Yangtze River Delta City Alliance provides medical resources. The two parties will build a medical service system jointly to improve the efficiency of medical services.
2. Tumor screening project: The two parties will cooperate in the early tumor screening project to improve the early detection rate of tumors and strive for better treatment opportunities for patients by using the advanced extraction and detection technology of Shanghai Lingjun Bio.
3. Pre-pregnancy testing public service system: Establish a testing service system for pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and postpartum, and strive to improve the quality of the newborn population.
4. Disease detection technology research and development: Combine the technical advantages of Shanghai Lingjun and the resource advantages of the Yangtze River Delta City Alliance to accelerate the application and transformation of Shanghai Lingjun’s new disease detection technology and improve the accuracy and efficiency of disease detection.
