【Product Introduction】

This kit uses a unique separation magnetic bead and buffer system to extract RNA from animal tissues, and the whole process is easy to operate, which is especially suitable for automated nucleic acid extraction platforms. The extracted nucleic acids have high yield, high purity, stable and reliable quality, and can be applied to various downstream molecular biology experiments.

Result analysis:

The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay (UMNA) test showed that:

(1) The value of A260/A280 is 1.86-1.96, and the value of A260/A230 is above 1.75, which proves that the purity of the extracted product is high.   

(2) The yield of nucleic acid extraction from different animal tissue samples was more than 0.2 μg.

The results of electropherogram showed that:

(1) Different animal tissue samples had bright bands and good integrity.

In summary, the automatic nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument was used to extract different animal tissue samples, and the extracted products had high purity, high yield, complete electrophoresis bands.

Basic molecular biology studies
