Under the condition of high salt/low pH, the LnjnbioR Magnetic Beads specifically bind the DNA&RNA without protein and other substrates that interfere Polymerase Chain Reaction by Hydrophobic effect/Hydrogen bonding/Electrostatic interaction. 【Instructions for use】

The volume of ethanol can usually exceed half of the total volume. However, in some reagent systems, ethanol or isopropanol may not be added, and magnetic beads can also be used to adsorb nucleic acids. This depends on the situation of researchers.

Taking a sample volume of 200 μL as an example, the usage of magnetic beads is normally 5-25 μL for each test, adding optimal amount of anhydrous ethanol or isopropanol.
