This product is mainly used for the extraction, enrichment and purification steps of nucleic acids from samples containing viruses and pathogens (tissues, cultured cells, blood spots, swab washes, viral preservation fluids, environmental samples, samples of saliva, semen, urine, and lymphatic fluids). The samples are lysed under the action of guanidinium salts and release nucleic acids, which are separated from other impurities in the samples by the specific adsorption of magnetic beads, and then rinsed by washing solution to remove proteins, residual guanidinium salts and so on, and finally, after elution, purified nucleic acids are obtained, and the obtained nucleic acid products can be used in experiments such as PCR amplification, nucleic acid detection and analysis, gene mutation detection and sequencing.
