【Product Introduction】
The Plant DNA/RNA Extraction Reagent is suitable for the fast and efficient extraction of DNA/RNA from plant tissue samples such as plant leaves, fruits, seeds, etc. The whole process is easy to operate and is especially suitable for automated nucleic acid extraction platforms. The extraction process releases nucleic acid under the action of lysis solution; magnetic beads selectively adsorb nucleic acid under the action of binding solution, separating nucleic acid from other impurities in the sample; then rinsing with washing solution to remove proteins, polysaccharides, inorganic salt ions, etc.; and finally, high-quality DNA/RNA is obtained by elution.The product does not require toxic reagents such as phenol, chloroform, etc., and can be applied to many types of plant tissues. It can be applied to many kinds of downstream molecular biology experiments.

Result analysis:
The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay (UMNA) test showed that:
①The values of A260/A280 and A260/A230 are above 1.8, and the peak shapes are complete and basically coincide, which proves that the extracted products are of high purity.
②The yields of nucleic acids extracted from different plant leaf samples were above 20 µg.
The results of agarose gel electrophoresis showed that:
①All the samples of different plant leaves have bright bands and good integrity.
In conclusion, the extracted products of different plant leaves samples were of high purity, high yield and complete electrophoretic bands.
