【Product Introduction】

This product is used for the extraction, enrichment and purification steps of genomic nucleic acids in 1-2 mL fresh, frozen or anticoagulant-containing whole blood samples. The sample is lysed by guanidinium salt and nucleic acid is released. The nucleic acid is separated from other impurities in the sample by the specific adsorption of magnetic beads, and then rinsed by Washing Buffer to remove protein, residual guanidinium salt, etc. Finally, the purified nucleic acid is obtained after elution. The whole process is easy to operate especially suitable for automated nucleic acid extraction platform. The extracted genomic DNA has high yield, high purity, stable and reliable quality, and can be used in downstream molecular biology experiments such as PCR, nucleic acid detection and analysis, gene mutation detection and sequencing.
