【Product Introduction】
The lysis solution in this product not only plays a role in lysing samples such as serum/plasma, but also provides an environment for the magnetic beads to selectively adsorb nucleic acids, thus realizing lysis and binding in one step. The small amount of impurities adsorbed by the magnetic beads is removed by washing with the washing solution. The magnetic beads release the adsorbed nucleic acids under the action of the elution solution, i.e., high quality free (ctDNA, cfDNA, ccfDNA) is obtained. The free DNA extracted by this product does not require toxic reagents such as phenol and chloroform, and the free DNA obtained can be used directly in downstream experiments.

【Experimental cases】
Case 1: A 100bp exogenous nucleic acid fragment was added to serum for simulation, and samples were extracted and subjected to qPCR.
Result analysis:It shows that the reagent system extracts nucleic acids with good purity and reproducibility.
The electrophoresis results were as follows, sample starting volume: 200 μL, 80 μL elution, 6 μL top sample electrophoresis, agarose gel concentration of 1%, 120 V, electrophoresis for 30 min.
Result analysis:As can be seen from the above figure, the experimental results are reproducible and can meet the experimental requirements of downstream qPCR, ddPCR and high-throughput sequencing.
