【Product Introduction】

This product can be used for the extraction of 300-500 μL of serum/plasma free DNA. The lysis solution not only plays the role of lysing serum/plasma samples, but also provides an environment for the magnetic beads to selectively adsorb nucleic acids, thus realizing lysis and binding in one step. The small amount of impurities adsorbed by the magnetic beads is removed by washing with washing solution. The magnetic beads release the adsorbed nucleic acids under the action of the elution solution, thus obtaining high-quality free DNA. free DNA extracted by this product does not require toxic reagents such as phenol and chloroform, and can be used directly in downstream experiments.

【Experimental cases】

Case 1:

The 100bp exogenous nucleic acid fragment was added to serum for simulation, and samples were extracted and subjected to qPCR.

Result analysis: It indicates that the purity of nucleic acid extracted by the reagent system is good and the reproducibility is good.

The electrophoresis results were as follows, sample starting volume: 200 μL, 80 μL elution, 6 μL top sample electrophoresis, agarose gel concentration of 1%, 120 V, electrophoresis for 30 min.

Result analysis：As can be seen from the above figure, the experimental results are reproducible and meet the requirements of downstream experiments such as qPCR, ddPCR and high-throughput sequencing.
