This kit uses alkali lysis method to extract plasmid DNA from cultured bacteria, using the unique solution formula only requires several simple cleaning to remove endotoxin, protein, polysaccharide and other impurities, to obtain high quality plasmid DNA. The extraction of purified plasmid DNA from this product caused little damage to the plasmid, high extraction concentration and high supercoiled ratio. Result analysis:
The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay test showed that::
① CV values were below 1%, demonstrating high reagent extraction stability.
② A260 / A280 range from 1.976 to 1.993, and the values of A260 / A230 range from 1.889 to 1.904. The peak shape is complete and the basic coincidence shows the high purity of the extraction product.
③ 2 mL culture solution can reach more than 20 µ g.
The results of the agarose gel electrophoresis then showed that:
① Four samples were selected, all with bright bands and good integrity.
In conclusion, the plasmid DNA rapid extraction reagent was extracted from four bacterial liquid samples, the extraction product had high purity, high yield, complete electrophoretic strip, and the reagent and the instrument were stable.

The test results of the ultra-trace nucleic acid tester show that:
① A260 / A280 = 1.997 and A260 / A230 = 2.139, demonstrating the high purity of the extracted product.
② Plasmid extraction yields of more than 150 µg can be achieved with 10mL of culture broth.
The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay test showed that::
① The extracted product ran electrophoresis with bright bands and good integrity.
In conclusion, 10ml of bacterial solution sample was extracted from plasmid DNA, and the extraction products had high purity, high yield and complete electrophoretic bands.
