This kit is mainly used to extract genomic DNA from a variety of plant tissues, the lysis buffer directly lyses plant samples to release nucleic acids, and the magnetic beads selectively adsorb the nucleic acids in the lysis buffer under the action of the binding buffer, remove a small amount of impurities adsorbed by the magnetic beads through the cleaning of the washing buffer, and release the adsorbed nucleic acids by the magnetic beads under the action of the elution buffer to obtain high-quality genomic DNA. The process is easy to operate and is especially suitable for automated nucleic acid extraction platforms. The extracted genomic DNA has high yield, high purity, stable and reliable quality, and can be applied to a variety of downstream molecular biology experiments.

Result analysis:

The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay (UMNA) test showed that:

①The values of A260/A280 is above1.8 and A260/A230 is above 1.6, which proves that the extracted products are of high purity.

②Highly yields of nucleic acids extracted from Brassica rapa leaves.

The results of agarose gel electrophoresis showed that:

①5 mg Brassica rapa leaves have bright bands and good integrity.

In conclusion, the extracted genomic DNA of Brassica rapa leaves samples were of high purity, high yield and complete electrophoretic bands.
