The nucleic acid is separated from other impurities in the sample by the specific adsorption of magnetic beads, and then rinsed with washing buffer to remove proteins, polysaccharides, inorganic salts, etc., and finally eluted to obtain purified nucleic acid. Result analysis:
The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay test showed that:
① The value of A260 / A280 is from 1.86 to 1.97, and the value of A260 / A230 is above 1.86. The complete and basic coincidence of peak shape prove the high purity of the extraction product.
② The nucleic acid extraction yield of different fungal samples was above 9 µg.
The results of the agarose gel electrophoresis showed that:
① Different fungal samples have bright and good integrity bands.
