【Product Introduction】
This product uses alkali lysis method to extract plasmid DNA from cultured bacteria, using the unique solution formula only needs a few simple cleaning to remove endotoxin, protein, polysaccharide and other impurities, to obtain high quality plasmid DNA. The extraction and purification of plasmid DNA using this product cause minimal damage to the plasmid, resulting in high concentration and a high proportion of supercoiled DNA. The plasmid DNA extracted by this product is suitable for downstream applications that are sensitive to endotoxins, such as transfection experiments, gene therapy, and in vitro transcription.

【Experimental cases】
Case:
The sample is DH 5α E. coli (containing PHY300PLK-egls gene plasmid, base pair about 6000 bp, low copy plasmid), bacterial solution OD600 = 0.103. Plasmid was extracted by LJbio32H automated nucleic acid extraction instrument (combined with the instrument operation, the amplitude was level 3). After extraction was determined by Quawell Q5000 trace ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer, the results are as follows:

(2) Results analysis:
Quawell Q5000 The results of microultraviolet visible spectrophotometer show that:
① The value of A260 / A280 is 1.75-1.81 and A260 / A230 is 1.9-2.0, demonstrating the high purity of the extracted product.
② Under OD600 = 0.103, the yield of 100 mL/200mL of culture solution can reach about 1.166 mg/2.1 mg, respectively.
The results of the agarose gel electrophoresis then showed that:
The bands are bright and complete.
In conclusion, 100 mL and 200 mL of endofree DNA was extracted from plasmid, producing the products with high purity, high yield and complete electrophoretic bands.
