【Product Introduction】
Gram-negative bacteria or positive bacteria samples, under the action of lysis buffer, release the nucleic acid, and specific adsorption of nano magnetic beads separates the nucleic acid from other impurities in the sample. After washing buffer, remove proteins, inorganic salt ions, etc., and finally after elution,the purified nucleic acid is obtained. The nucleic acid products obtained can be used for PCR amplification, nucleic acid detection and analysis, molecular hybridization, gene mutation detection and sequencing, and other experiments.
