Description

Various animal tissues and cultured cells, such as animal muscle, liver, spleen, etc., release nucleic acid under the action of lysate, and the nucleic acid is separated from other impurities in the sample by the specific adsorption of magnetic beads, and then rinsed by the washing solution to remove proteins, polysaccharides, inorganic salt ions, etc., and finally, after the elution, we get the purified nucleic acid, and the nucleic acid product obtained can be used for PCR, nucleic acid detection and analysis, molecular hybridization, gene mutation detection and sequencing and other experiments.

Advantages

1. Magnetic bead extraction, suitable for large-scale sample processing, eliminates the need for repeated centrifugation and ensures the integrity of the extracted genomic DNA fragments

2. High purity of extracted products, high yield, complete electrophoretic bands

3. Versatile and suitable for extracting genomic DNA from a variety of tissue samples from different species of animals

4. Safe to use, no need for liquid nitrogen grinding, the product does not contain phenol, chloroform and other harmful reagents

5. Cost-effective, the extraction effect is comparable to that of similar products, but at a cheaper price

Result analysis:

The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay (UMNA) test showed that:

①A260/A280, A260/A230, the coefficient of variation was below 3.62%, which proved the high stability of reagent extraction.

②The values of A260/A280 were in the range of 1.8~1.9, and the values of A260/A230 were above 2.0, and the peak shapes were complete and basically overlapped proving that the extracted products were of high purity.

③Nucleic acid extraction yields ranged from 8-37 µg or more for different animal tissue samples.

The results of agarose gel electrophoresis showed that:

①Various tissue samples from different animals with bright bands and good integrity.

In conclusion: the extraction of different animal samples using the fully automated nucleic acid extractor showed high purity of the extracted products, high yield, complete electrophoretic bands, and uniform and stable cooperation between the reagents and the instrument.

Application Field

It can be used for Genotyping of fresh or frozen animal tissues and cultured cells, high-throughput PCR screening of large-scale biological samples, transgene screening, knockout analysis and sequencing, enzyme digestion, PCR, Southern blot and library construction.
