Result analysis:

The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay (UMNA) test showed that:

①A260/A280, A260/A230, the coefficient of variation was below 3.62%, which proved the high stability of reagent extraction.

②The values of A260/A280 were in the range of 1.8~1.9, the values of A260/A230 were above 2.0, and the peak shapes were complete and overlapped proving that the extracted products were of high purity.

③Nucleic acid extraction yields ranged from 8-37 µg or more for different animal tissue samples.

The results of agarose gel electrophoresis showed that:

①Various tissue samples from different animals with bright bands and good integrity.

In conclusion: the extraction of different animal samples using the fully automated nucleic acid extractor showed high purity of the extracted products, high yield, complete electrophoretic bands, and uniform and stable cooperation between the reagents and the instrument.
