【Product Introduction】

This kit is specifically designed for the extraction of DNA and RNA from plant seeds and is suitable for a variety of plant seeds, including rice, wheat, corn, etc. The lysis buffer directly lyses plant samples to release nucleic acids. Magnetic beads selectively adsorb nucleic acids from the lysate under the action of the binding buffer. Impurities are removed by washing buffer, and the nucleic acids are eluted from the beads by the elution buffer, resulting in high-quality DNA/RNA. The entire process is convenient for operation, especially suitable for automated nucleic acid extraction platforms. The extracted DNA/RNA has high yield, high purity, and stable quality, making it suitable for various downstream molecular biology experiments.

The A260/A280 values are above 1.8, and A260/A230 values are above 1.6, indicating high purity of the extracted nucleic acids.
