① The values of A260/A280 were in the range of 1.9~2.0, and the values of A260/A230 were above 1.6, and the peak shapes were complete and basically overlapped, which proved that the extracted products were of high purity.

②The yields of nucleic acids extracted from the leaves of different plants were above 7 µg.
