【Experimental cases】
Case 1: Nucleic acids obtained by extracting 0.01 mg, 0.005 mg, 0.002 mg, and 0.001 mg of trace pork cell samples were detected by 1% agarose gel electrophoresis for nucleic acid bands, and the results obtained are shown in the figure below:

Result analysis:From the results of agarose electrophoresis of the extracted products, it can be seen that 1-4 were able to run DNA electrophoretic bands, indicating that nucleic acids could be extracted from 0.01 mg, 0.005 mg, 0.002 mg, and 0.001 mg of the trace pork cell samples.
Case 2:Nucleic acids were extracted from trace amounts of human Hela cells as samples, 10 cells, 20 cells, 50 cells, 100 cells, and 200 cells were extracted, and the nucleic acids obtained were analyzed using Agilent 4200 Nucleic acid fragment distribution, and the results obtained are shown below:
