160015, Lnjnbio® Magnetic Beads are specifically designed for DNA&RNA extraction and purification. There are a certain amount of carboxyl groups on the beads. Under the condition of high salt/low pH, the Lnjnbio® Magnetic Beads specifically bind the DNA&RNA without protein and other substrates that interfere Polymerase Chain Reaction by Hydrophobic effect/Hydrogen bonding/Electrostatic interaction. In this method, we create automatic platform for mass of samples and clinical specimens.

Application

  • RNA extraction and purification from blood/tissue/plant/bacteria, etc.
  • Extraction, enrichment and purification of nucleic acids from samples containing viruses (tissue, cultured cells, blood stains, swab wash, virus preservation solution, environmental samples, saliva, semen, urine, and lymph samples, etc.)
  • Co extraction of genomic DNA and RNA.
  • DNA/RNA extraction and purification of viruses from blood/tissue/plant, etc.

Storage & Expiry date

Store at 2-8°C, valid date is 3 years.

Note

  • Resuspend the beads thoroughly for a few minutes during usage.
  • Freezing, drying, or centrifuging Lnjnbio® Magnetic Beads may result in irreversible aggregation and loss of binding activity.

Instructions for use

  • Taking a sample volume of 200 μL as an example, the usage of magnetic beads normally was 5-25 μL each test, adding optimal amount of anhydrous ethanol or isopropanol.
  • The volume of ethanol or isopropanol can usually exceed half of the total volume. However, in some reagent systems, the magnetic beads can also be used to adsorb nucleic acids without ethanol or isopropanol. This depends on the situation for researchers.
